Product & Stock
Due to high demand, some of the stocking items on our store do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking with our Sales Representative to discuss on your needs. This is also applicable for our non-stocking items.
Yes. You may email to us or contact our Sales Representative to request for product sample or demo unit, based on availability.
Payments
We accept payment methods as below:
1. Bank/Online Banking/ATM/IBG transfer – for advanced term customer.
2. 30 Days/60 Days credit term – for registered credit term customer.
3. Cash/Cheque upon Self Pickup.
You can make a payment through Bank transfer over the counter, Online Banking platform or via ATM/IBG transfer. Once the payment done, kindly email your payment proof toaccount03@fcbios.com.myandestore@fcbios.com.my.
Orders
On placing your order you should have received an email confirmation about your order from theestore@fcbios.com.myemail address.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change or cancellation. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by contacting our Sales Representative or emailing us atestore@fcbios.com.my. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes. Once our admin has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Orders for self-pick up typically ready within 2-4 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. You will receive email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process your order and ship out on the next day. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Purchases made after 4 pm MYT will not be processed until the next business day. If you order after 4 pm MYT on a Friday, your order will likely be processed on the following Monday and shipped out on Tuesday.
We provide delivery to all regions within Malaysia. Our delivery partners are GDEX and KTMD. For orders with non-perishable item, we will only use GDEX service.
