WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FC-BIOS REWARDS PROGRAM?

It is an all-digital loyalty program where you'll get points on all your purchase of FC-BIOS products online. You'll also get special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more. Our membership is completely free of charge but you have to register an account to become a member.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

All purchases online are rewarded with points (excluding gift card purchases). Earn 1 point for every RM 1 you spend. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn points tab of your rewards profile, including referring friends. Use your points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

HOW DO I JOIN FC-BIOS REWARDS PROGRAM?

Simply, create a customer account and you will automatically enroll in our rewards program. If you already have FC-BIOS online account, login by using your email address and password via our rewards program widget 'FC-BIOS Rewards' on the bottom left of your screen.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking at the 'FC-BIOS Rewards' icon on our website. From here, you can click the 'Redeem points' tab of your rewards profile, where you can redeem rewards. Simply click Redeem Reward on the freebies or vouchers that you would like to redeem.

HOW DO I USE MY FC-BIOS ESTORE VOUCHER REWARD?

You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code (under the Discount Codes tab of your rewards profile) into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

HOW LONG IS MY REWARD POINTS VALID FOR?

Your points will not expire as long as you are actively login to your account. Customer with no any login activity in more than 6 months, their points will be reset to zero.
